How do you treat over telehealth?Telehealth physical therapy allows clients to receive treatment from the comfort of their home, gym, or office without the need to travel. This means that treatments can be tailored around the client's daily challenges and use equipment they readily have access to. Body or lighter weight exercises can be just as effective as using gym equipment, and research shows that, stretching, and mobility are the best way to make changes. As a physical therapist with experience assessing and treating clients over telehealth, I can provide effective treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
